Labor 30 min increments at $30.00

    A $50 check-in fee is collected at the time the unit is dropped off. The check-in fee covers most of the first hour, generally used for initial diagnostics for most problems (additional time/fees may be needed for complex, or intermittant issues). Some repairs may be made in order to complete diagnositcs or to confirm them, however normally we do not do repairs without authorization. Once the diagnostics are completed we call the customer with information reguarding the price of parts, and labor costs. Many times there are multiple options that will be presented to the customer (i.e. replace some or all the tubes, etc., etc.) Should the customer decide not to have any repairs completed, the check-in fee will be applied, to the time spent in diagnostics.

Michigan sales tax will be collected on all Parts and Shipping prices.
Non-profit organizations may get taxes removed from their bill by filling out and submitting this form when dropping off their unit.
