UNITS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
In order for us to initiate any warranty repairs, the following must be present with the unit when checking unit(s) in:
- The original bill of sale or a legible copy
- Manufacturer-initiated RA#
Any repairs or parts not covered by the manufacturer are the sole responsibility of the owner for payment in lieu of services rendered. These will be discussed when the unit is dropped off.
Art's Audio provides Warranty services for the following guitar amplifier manufacturers. Many of these manufacturers have multiple lines -- we will be adding them to our list or you can check their primary website.

UNITS OUT OF WARRANTY
A check in fee of $50.00 is required per unit -- this covers diagnosis and recommendation for repair. The check in fee IS NOT REFUNDABLE as it covers the cost of services rendered. The check in fee may, however, be applied towards any authorized repairs. We will not follow through with any repairs without customer authorization. We may, however, perform partial repairs for diagnostic purposes.
Customers who own tube amplifiers -- please note -- although we are not opposed to you providing your own tubes for use in repairs, there will be a slight labor cost increase due to us having to check the tubes for performance and viability. We will be checking the match on output tubes, duets, quads, etc. , as well as checking for noise and microphonics on these, pre-amp tubes and rectifier tubes.
We are an authorized dealer for Groove Tubes, Mesa Boogie brand tubes, Peavey brand tubes and Mercury Magnetic transformers. We offer small parts and hardware for your amp -- please contact us for pricing and availability.
